Stock tartan cloth as woven by Lochcarron of Scotland.  16 OZ is perfect for kilt making, and works best with 8 yard kilts, 5 yard kilts, and box pleat kilts.
 
This material is "Double Width", so if you are making an 8 yard kilt, you only need to order 4 yards (You will split the material and rejoin it in the middle to make 8).
